Recipe for Flourless Bread
90 g of sesame seeds
90 g of walnuts
90 g of flaxseeds
90 g of sunflowerseeds
90g of pumpkin seeds
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
a little bit of salt
Separate the egg whites and the yolks and whisk the egg white together with the salt. After pour the water and add the baking soda. Ground all the seeds in powder like flour. Then put them in the prepared mixture and stir them nicely together.
Then put the bread in preheated oven at 180 C (350 F) for about 50 minutes. You will make a very delicious and healthy bread.
