Supine Hamstring Stretch
The starting position is to lie on your back, and place a rolled up towel or a strap around the ball of the foot, and then bend the right knee towards the chest. Stretch the leg upwards, toward the ceiling and then use both heels to press out through them.
If your lower back is strained, place your foot on the ground and bend the left knee.
Remain in this position for about 3-5 minutes and do the same with the left leg. Do this exercise every day and you will soon feel all the benefits from it.
