Ingredients you will need:
-80 grams of Porridge oats
-½ a Banana (sliced in pieces)
-½ a Pear (sliced in pieces)
-150 ml. Water
-A pinch of Himalayan salt
-A pinch of Cinnamon powder
Heat the water over low heat, and right before it reaches the boiling point, add the porridge oats and stir it for 2 minutes, until the oats turn in a creamy consistency. Then start adding Himalayan salt, stir it well and remove the mixture from heat. Add the banana and pear pieces and throw in a pinch of cinnamon powder.
