Erectile dysfunction can also happen as a result of poor blood flow in the reproductive organs. This can cause more serious condition, like being unable to achieve and sustain erection. 10. Tightness or heaviness in the chest
When the heart does not have proper blood flow, it cannot work properly and you will experience tightness or heaviness in the chest. This is a very serious condition so you should consult a doctor immediately.
There are some things that you can do in order to improve the blood flow in the body and they are have a healthy diet rich with fiber in every meal, avoid stress and get proper sleep.
And make sure to avoid coffee and drink tea instead, avoid consuming alcohol and quit smoking.
