10 Foods to Avoid If You Have Joint Pain

Joint pain, even though is not a lethal illness, it can limit your movement and lead to be uncomfortable, sore feeling in the joint as well as inflammation. 10. Foods with Monosodium Glutamate

Monosodium Glutamate or MSG is added to food like frozen Chinese food, frozen snacks, ready salad dressings, potato chips, soups and frozen dinner, in order to preserve their taste and improve their quality.

MSG is not very good for joint pain. People who have rheumatoid arthritis and inflammations should avoid this additive because it will cause more damage to their joints.

Replace the frozen food with fresh fruit and vegetables to avoid consuming these dangerous additives.
